At the moment, all areas of renewable energy technologies are rapidly developing, both in the world and in specific countries. The hypo aggressive growth of LED industry has provoked a huge demand for sapphire substrate mainly for LED products. The cost of substrates, over the past 3 years, increased almost threefold, which resulted in a high demand for equipment for sapphire single crystal cultivation by Kyropoulos (GOI) method. With this in mind, our group of companies had to dramatically increase and expand the production capacity. To date, Sapphire Technics Groupe can produce up to 300 units of Omega M200 or Omega M300 per year.

Market research shows the need for crystals of large weight and diameter. Today, we are ready to offer our customers the 100 and 200 kg furnaces, such as the Omega 350 and Omega 400.

The quality of the equipment manufactured by Sapphire Technics Groupe meets the most stringent reliability requirements. All components and parts ensure continuous operation in extremely harsh heating and vacuum conditions. Parts and components are inspected directly after production of each element of the system. The systems are tested during the assembling. All furnaces are tested and inspected before shipping to customers. Tests can be conducted in the presence of the customers.

All components have an international warranty and service support.
